Registration Information:

 - Regular Registration: May 19, 2025 through June 22, 2025
         - Registration Fee: $75 + processing fees
 - Late Registration: June 23, 2025 through July 12, 2025
         - Registration Fee: $100 + processing fees

Rosters will be LOCKED on July 13, 2025 at 12am

Season Game Venues: Wai'anae, Kahalu'u, Kapolei and/or Pearl City (finalizing sites)

NOTE: NO REQUESTS WILL BE GRANTED. Similar to how OIA/ILH schedules, this season will be the same. No make up games will be granted. KEEP SATURDAYS FOR THIS SEASON OPEN.

  - June 14 @ Mililani High School (10U/14U: Co-ed & Queenz)

Entrance fee at Mililani High School will be $5 per entrant (6 years and under are free); ALL registered players/coaches will be free as well

Mililani High School Rules:

• ALL DOE/MHS rules apply and will be 100% enforced. MHS Security will be at the front gates have the right to inspect all bags/wagons.
  • MHS security reserves the right to refuse entry due to non-compliance of the rules and/or combative behavior
• The following items are prohibited inside of the stadium:
  • any size coolers, including team coolers
    • players are responsible to bring their own water
  • outside food/drinks of any sort, including but not limited to: Starbucks, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Powerade/Gatorade, Energy Drinks etc.
  • weapons of any sort
  • smoking (tobacco or vaping)
  • alcohol/illegal drugs
  • sunflower seeds and/or gum chewing on the field
  • smoke bombs or any hazardous device that may cause a fired and/or may be unsafe

Tents are allowed but must be placed on the highest point of the bleachers; please use the top rows first before the lower end

Please keep in mind that playoffs/championships are being held at a State of Hawai'i High School venue. It is a privilege to have all of our keiki play on these fields. We ask that our XL 'ohana continue to abide by all school rules so we may continue to utilize these venues for our keiki

FVZ & SVNZ football is primarily an outdoor sport and playing in the rain is part of the game.

Games may be canceled due to inclement weather conditions. If games are canceled, XL will do our best to reschedule, however due to field reservations we may not be able to. The later we get into the season, chances of “make-up” games being rescheduled are slim to not happening.  This also applies to teams taking BYE's during the season.

If a regular season game is canceled, FINAL team records will be based upon the amount of games played. There will be NO REFUNDS if your team is short of a game.

Inclement Weather that may lead to cancellation of games include but not limited to:

• Continuous heavy downpour of rain;
• Lightning/Thunder;
• 50% or more of PLAYING field is EXTREMELY FLOODED

The Director of Operations and/or Field Commissioner will make the FINAL decision on game cancellations.

• If a game has already started and is canceled prior to reaching the 2nd half - we will try to schedule a make-up. If we are unable to, the game will end in a TIE regardless of the score. 
• If a game has reached the 2nd half and is canceled prior to completion - that will be the FINAL score.

*Teams may choose to not play if they feel the weather is unsafe and not “playable”. This will count as a FORFEIT
