Cost: $60 per player (individual player fee)

ZORTS charges $12.80 annual fee for a player/coach's card. Each player/coach must have this card in order to participate for the season.

There will be 3 divisions based on grade level.

- Intermediate (7th & 8th grade)

- JV (9th & 10th grade)

- Varsity (11th & 12th grade)

Players will be required to upload report card or school ID for grade verification.

TEAM FEE (8-12 PLAYERS): $700 per team**

TEAM FEE (13-18 PLAYERS): $800 per team**

Maximum player count: 18

**Payments due by week 1 (10/13). A late fee of $100 per team will be added for payments not received by 10/13

All payments will be collected and submitted to XL from team's coach/admin.

XL SEASON SUMMARY & GAME CANCELLATION POLICY

Game Cancellation Policy

FVZ & SVNZ football is primarily an outdoor sport and playing in the rain is part of the game.

Games may be canceled due to inclement weather conditions. If games are canceled, XL will do our best to reschedule, however due to field reservations we may not be able to. The later we get into the season, chances of “make-up” games being rescheduled are slim to not happening. This also applies to teams taking BYE's during the season.

If a regular season game is canceled, FINAL team records will be based upon the amount of games played. There will be NO REFUNDS if your team is short of a game.

Inclement Weather that may lead to cancellation of games include but not limited to:

Continuous heavy downpour of rain;
Lightning/Thunder;
50% or more of PLAYING field is EXTREMELY FLOODED

The Director of Operations and/or Field Commissioner will make the FINAL decision on game cancellations.

If a game has already started and is canceled prior to reaching the 2nd half - we will try to schedule a make-up. If we are unable to, the game will end in a TIE regardless of the score.
If a game has reached the 2nd half and is canceled prior to completion - that will be the FINAL score.

*Teams may choose to not play if they feel the weather is unsafe and not “playable”. This will count as a FORFEIT

XL SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXERCISE AND ENFORCE THIS POLICY TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL

FVZ Season Games:

Each team will be scheduled to play 6 regular season games and 1 playoff game. Minimum of 7 games per season unless a game is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control during the season.

SVNZ Season Games:

Each team will be scheduled to play 8 regular season games and 1 playoff game. Minimum of 9 games per season unless a game is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control during the season.

If you'd like to register anyway to take advantage of early bird and regular pricing please use the link above. XL will work with you to find a placement. You may email us at xlsportsschedule@gmail.com for all your scheduling requests. We understand that each request is important and we will do our best to accommodate. We ask that you understand that not all requests can be accommodated. All requests must be submitted no later than 5pm Monday of game week. All requests submitted after that time will not be considered.
